Susannah and Steve recently enlarged the house with a wing in the rear. They were able to keep the 100% original house intact by attaching the wing to a blank side wall of the house. model house for the Gregory Ain Tract is owned by long time residents
Susannah Brin and Steve Shinmoto. This house was originally presented fully
furnished to prospective buyers. The widely publicized Mar Vista
Tract interior
photographs were taken here. It was the only house in the tract
with a fully landscaped back yard.
