The
model house for the Gregory Ain Tract was originally presented fully
furnished to prospective buyers. The widely publicized Mar Vista
Tract interior
photographs were taken here. It was the only house in the tract
with a fully landscaped back yard. The landscaping was
spectacular, and many one-of-a-kind plants were used here, but nowhere
else in the tract. The original landscaping plans can be studied in
the "Research Center" section of this website:

Moore Street Landscaping Clicking on a plant or a plant name will bring up pictures and
information about the plant.
The previous owners enlarged the house
with a wing in the rear. They were able to keep the 100% original
house intact by attaching the wing to a blank side wall of the house.
This was the first remodel
under the HPOZ.
